राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC), अजमेर द्वारा गृह विभाग (अभियोजन ) के लिए गैर अनुसूचित क्षेत्र हेतु राजस्थान अभियोजन अधीनस्थ सेवा नियम, 1978 के अन्तर्गत एवं अनुसूचित क्षेत्र हेतु राजस्थान अनुसूचित क्षेत्र अधीनस्थ, लिपिक वर्गीय और चतुर्थ श्रेणी सेवा (भर्ती एवं सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) नियम, 2014 के अन्तर्गत सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी (Assistant Prosecution Officer) के कुल 181 पदों पर भर्ती हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। पद अस्थाई हैं ।

RPSC Sarkari Naukri 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: 21 to 40 years as on 1/1/2025
Educational Qualifications: Essential : (1) Degree in Law (Professional) or integrated Law Course from a University established by law in India.
(2) Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects and social customs of Rajasthan.

RPSC Sarkari Naukri 2024 : Selection Procedure
Scheme and Syllabus of competitive examination for the post of Assistant Prosecution Officer
1. The examination scheme for recruitment to the post of Assistant Prosecution Officer shall consist of an objective type preliminary examination and a written main examination.
2. The preliminary examination shall be objective type examination in which 70% weightage will be given to the subjects prescribed in syllabus for law Paper and 30% weightage shall be given to test proficiency in Hindi and English language. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination shall not be counted towards the final selection.
3. The main examination shall consist of the following subjects:-
Paper I : Law : 3 hrs – 300 Marks
Paper II : Language – 2 hrs.
Subjects: 1. General Hindi (50 Marks) 2. General English (50 Marks)
4.The minimum qualifying marks for each paper shall be 40%: Provided that the percentage fixed as above shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
राजस्थान सिविल सेवा (भूतपूर्व सैनिकों का आमेलन) नियम, 1988 तथा राजस्थान निःशक्तजन अधिकार नियम, 2018 में विहित प्रावधानानुसार भूतपूर्व सैनिकों एवं विशेष योग्यजन को न्यूनतम उत्तीर्णाकों में छूट / रियायत दी जायेगी ।
5. The standard of the paper-II will be that of Senior Secondary level.
6. It shall be compulsory to appear in each and every paper of written test.
7. Law paper is designed to test practical knowledge of the candidates in criminal law and procedure and framing charges in criminal cases.

1. रिक्त पद हेतु ऑनलाईन आवेदन-पत्र भरने से पूर्व सर्वप्रथम अभ्यर्थी आयोग की वेबसाइट https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाईन आवेदन-पत्र भरने के सम्बन्ध में दिये गये दिशा-निर्देशों (Instructions for Applicants ), विस्तृत विज्ञापन एवं संबंधित सेवा नियम का अध्ययन आवश्यक रूप से कर लेंवे। तदुपरान्त ही अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन करें
2. ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को आयोग की वेबसाइट https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in पर उपलब्ध Apply online link को Click कर अथवा एस.एस.ओ. (SSO) पोर्टल https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in से Login कर Citizen Apps (G2C) में उपलब्ध Recruitment Portal का चयन कर One Time Registration (OTR) करना होगा। प्रथम बार One Time Registration (OTR) करने हेतु अभ्यर्थी के नाम, पिता के नाम, जन्म तिथि, लिंग, सैकेण्डरी / समकक्ष परीक्षा एवं आधार कार्ड / पैन कार्ड / वोटर कार्ड / ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आई. डी. में से किसी एक आई.डी. प्रूफ के विवरणों का इन्द्राज एवं डॉक्यूमेंट्स अपलोड करने अनिवार्य होंगे।
3. जिन अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा पूर्व में OTR किया जा चुका है, वे अभ्यर्थी एस.एस.ओ. पोर्टल https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in से Login कर Citizen Apps (G2C) में उपलब्ध Recruitment Portal का चयन कर अपने OTR नंबर / संख्या के आधार पर ऑनलाईन आवेदन करें।
4. अभ्यर्थी द्वारा One Time Registration करने के पश्चात् OTR Profile में स्वयं के नाम, पिता के नाम, जन्म तिथि, लिंग, सैकेण्डरी / समकक्ष परीक्षा का विवरण एवं आधार कार्ड / पैन कार्ड / वोटर कार्ड / ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आई.डी. विवरण में किसी भी प्रकार का संशोधन किया जाना संभव नहीं होगा। अतः OTR करने से पूर्व आधार / जनाधार / SSO प्रोफाइल में अंकित विवरण का शैक्षणिक दस्तावेजों में अंकित प्रविष्टियों से सावधानीपूर्वक मिलान सुनिश्चित कर लेंवे। यदि इसमें कोई अन्तर है तो जनाधार कार्ड / आधार कार्ड / SSO ID की प्रविष्टियों में आवश्यक संशोधन (Correction) कराने के पश्चात् ही OTR पंजीयन व आवेदन फॉर्म भरने की कार्यवाही करें।
5. आवेदक को ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने के पश्चात् आवेदन-पत्र क्रमांक आवश्यक रूप से प्राप्त होगा और यदि आवेदन-पत्र क्रमांक (Application No.) अंकित या प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, तो इसका अर्थ यह है कि उसका आवेदन-पत्र जमा नहीं हुआ है। आवेदन पत्र के Preview को आवेदन Submit नहीं माना जायेगा।
6. आवेदक को ऑनलाईन आवेदन करते समय अगर किसी प्रकार की कोई समस्या हो तो Recruitment Portal पर दिये गये Helpdesk Number या E-Mail पर सम्पर्क करें।
7. आवेदक जिस श्रेणी के तहत आवेदन करने हेतु पात्र है, उसी श्रेणी में ऑन-लाईन आवेदन करें
8.राजस्थान राज्य के पिछड़ा वर्ग / अति पिछड़ा वर्ग की क्रीमीलेयर श्रेणी के आवेदक तथा राजस्थान राज्य से भिन्न राज्यों की अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / अति पिछड़ा वर्ग (Creamy Layer and Non-Creamy Layer) / आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के आवेदक सामान्य वर्ग के अन्तर्गत आते हैं। अतः ऐसे आवेदकों को सामान्य वर्ग के अंतर्गत ही आवेदन करना होगा।
9. अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन-पत्र भरने के पश्चात् आवेदन पत्र की हार्ड कॉपी का प्रिन्ट आवश्यक रूप से निकाल लेवें।
10. आयोग द्वारा अभ्यर्थी से उक्त प्रक्रियानुसार ऑनलाईन आवेदन-पत्र भरने के अतिरिक्त किसी भी परिस्थिति में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई ऑनलाईन या ऑफलाईन / हाथ से भरा हुआ आवेदन-पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा ।
11. अभ्यर्थी आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि तक अर्जित की जा चुकी सभी शैक्षणिक योग्यता / अनुभव का विवरण आवेदन पत्र में स्पष्टतः एवं आवश्यक तौर पर अंकित करें क्योंकि यदि ऐसी पूर्व में अर्जित शैक्षणिक योग्यता / अनुभव को आवेदन पत्र में अंकित नहीं किया गया है तो आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि के पश्चात् ऐसी योग्यता / अनुभव विचारणीय नहीं होगा। केवल आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि के पश्चात् अर्जित शैक्षणिक योग्यता / अनुभव ही बाद में विचारणीय होंगे।
12. अभ्यर्थियों को श्रुतलेखक की सुविधा प्राप्त करने के लिये अपने ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र में श्रुतलेखक संबंधी विकल्प का अनिवार्य रूप से चयन करना होगा। उक्त विकल्प का चयन नहीं किये जाने पर श्रुतलेखक की सुविधा देय नहीं होगी।
13. अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र में धुंधली ( blurred ) स्कैण्ड फोटो अपलोड नहीं करें तथा जो नवीन फोटो अपलोड की जा रही है उसकी 05 रंगीन फोटो प्रतियाँ सुरक्षित रखें।
