EESL, a joint venture of PSUs under the Ministry of Power, is looking for a professional with rich and vast experience to fill the role of Head (HR).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire HR function for EESL
- Oversee various HR aspects including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and wage revision
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Drive capacity building through innovative learning and development initiatives
Eligibility:
- Full-time postgraduate degree in HR/Personnel Management, Industrial Relations/Psychology or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management
- Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in HR in a leading Indian Private or Public Sector company
- Experience in handling IR issues is a plus
- LLB PG Diploma in Labour Laws (desirable)

The position is based in New Delhi.
