DTU Sarkari Naukri 2024 : Selection Procedure
i. The applications received will be scrutinized as per the eligibility criteria as prescribed (in Recruitment Rules and Advertisement) by the University for respective disciplines.
ii. List of ‘eligible’ and ‘not-eligible’ candidates for Screening Test will be uploaded on the University website i.e. www.dtu.ac.in.
iii. There shall be a screening test for the post of Assistant Professor (except for those exempted under clause (vii))
iv. The screening test for the post of Assistant Professor will be based on prescribed syllabus available on University website.
v. The eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Professor will be required to download admit cards from the University website for appearing in the screening test.
vi. The date of Screening Test will be notified on the University website www.dtu.ac.in.
vii.EXEMPTION FROM SCREENING TEST (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR)
The exemption from screening test for the purpose of recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor has been granted to the candidates having Ph.D. degree in the relevant branch and:
a) the candidate has at-least one publication in Category I
or
b) the candidate has at-least two publications in Category II
or
c) the candidate has at-least five publications in Category II and Category III taken together
