Open Tender Issued for Two-Year Service Contract
The Western Railway (WR) has formally invited applications from interested agencies to provide Social Media Management and Media Analysis Services. The Chief Public Relations Officer, Western Railway, issued a “NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS” on behalf of the President of India for this key service contract.
The application form number is WR-HQ0PR(PRSM)/2/2025, dated September 26, 2025.
Contract Details and Financials
The contract is for a duration of Two Years. Key financial details are as follows:
- Approximate Total Cost of Work (Per Annum): ₹4,08,51,600/- (inclusive of applicable GST).
- Approximate Total Cost of Work (For Two Years): ₹8,17,03,200/- (inclusive of applicable GST).
- Earnest Money Amount (EMA): ₹5,58,520/-.
- Cost of Application Form (Non-Refundable): ₹11,800/- (inclusive of applicable GST). This can be paid in cash at the Railway Counter or via Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of the PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL ADVISOR, WESTERN RAILWAY, CHURCHGATE, MUMBAI, if downloaded from the website. A postal charge of ₹500/- applies if the form is required by post.
