The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd., a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Delhi, has issued an advertisement for the requirement of experienced non-executives for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) work of Mumbai Metro Line-3 (Aqua Line). Applications are invited from experienced, dynamic, and motivated Indian nationals with working experience in Metros/MRTS/Indian Railway for positions on a Fixed Term Contractual Engagement (FTCE) basis. The advertisement number is DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2025 (212), dated October 17, 2025.
Vacancies
A total of 18 vacancies are open across five different departments. The engagement is initially for a period of three years, which may be extended based on the corporation’s requirement and satisfactory performance. Vacancies are provisional and subject to increase or decrease.

Salary and Service Conditions
Monthly Cost to Company (CTC)
The engagement is on a consolidated monthly CTC, which is inclusive of all other benefits such as Accommodation, Transport, Medical, LTA, canteen, etc., and statutory compliances. No other financial benefits/allowances are admissible. The remuneration will remain fixed throughout the three-year contractual period with no claim of regularization.

Other Service Details
- Job Location: Initially at Mumbai, but selected candidates are liable to be posted/transferred to any of the Corporation’s offices/Project sites in India or abroad.
- Medical Coverage: Contractual employees must take their own medical health insurance policy covering COVID-19 and other diseases.
- Statutory Deductions: Minimum PF will be deducted at 12% on ₹15,000/-, i.e., ₹1,800/- per month, with an equivalent contribution from DMRC. Gratuity will be paid as per the Gratuity Act.
- Training Cost: Candidates leaving the Corporation within three years (exclusive of Leave without Pay) will be liable to pay a position-wise training cost, recovered on a pro-rata basis.
Selection Process and Application Details
Selection Methodology
The screening methodology is a two-stage process: Screening followed by Medical Fitness Examination. Candidates must qualify in both to be adjudged suitable for selection. The expenses for the first-time medical examination will be borne by DMRC, but candidates seeking a re-medical examination must bear the cost themselves.
