PWD Lohaghat Seeks Consultants for Major Temple Development Project
Lohaghat (Champawat), September 25, 2025 — The Public Work Department (PWD) Government of Uttarakhand, has issued a National Inviting Bidding (NIT), formally requesting proposals from national and international consultancy firms for a significant religious and infrastructural project. The initiative, falling under the ambitious Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission Phase-III, targets the comprehensive development of the Devidhar Mandir in Lohaghat, Champawat district.
Consultancy Scope and Deadline
The Request for Proposal (RFP) calls for Consultancy Services encompassing a detailed long-term master plan, along with Design/DPR (Detailed Project Report). The required expertise spans multiple disciplines, including:
