The Western Railway’s Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has announced the commencement of online applications for recruitment against the Scouts & Guides Quota for the year 2025-26. The official notification, RRC/WR/02/2025 (S&G QUOTA), was issued on September 18, 2025, inviting applications from eligible and active members of the Scouts & Guides organization.

Online application submissions are set to begin on September 24, 2025, at 10:00 hrs, and will conclude on October 24, 2025, at 18:00 hrs. Interested candidates must apply through the Western Railway’s RRC website, https://www.rrc-wr.com.1
Vacancy Distribution and Posts
A total of 14 vacancies are to be filled across two distinct levels. The distribution of posts, pay scales, and locations is detailed in the table below:

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
A crucial eligibility requirement stipulated by the RRC is that applicants must have been an active member of a Scouts Organization for the last five years, specifically from the 2020-21 session onwards.
