NTPC Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has released an advertisement (Advt. No.- 08/24) for the recruitment of an experienced professional for the post of Executive Director (Coal Mining).
Required Qualification: The candidate should have a Degree in Mining Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute and a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Coal.
Experience Profile: The candidate should have thorough knowledge of open cast / underground coal mines with more than 20 years of relevant experience. They should be fully conversant with technical, legal, and safety aspects of mining in the area of Mine Development/ Operation & Maintenance of coal mine and associated policies/regulations and legal aspects. They must have experience in the development of coal mines and handling large contracts. For Government/PSU candidates, the candidate must have a minimum of 08 years’ experience in the post and scale of Rs.120000-280000 or above (IDA pay scale of E8 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent scale.

भारत सरकार के उद्यम एनटीपीसी लिमिटेड ने कार्यकारी निदेशक (कोयला खनन) के पद पर एक अनुभवी पेशेवर की भर्ती के लिए एक विज्ञापन (विज्ञापन संख्या- 08/24) जारी किया है।
आवश्यक योग्यता : उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से कम से कम 60% अंकों के साथ माइनिंग इंजीनियरिंग में डिग्री और कोयले का प्रथम श्रेणी खान प्रबंधक प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए।
अनुभव प्रोफ़ाइल : उम्मीदवार को 20 वर्षों से अधिक प्रासंगिक अनुभव के साथ ओपन कास्ट/भूमिगत कोयला खदानों का गहन ज्ञान होना चाहिए। उन्हें कोयला खदान के विकास/संचालन और रखरखाव के क्षेत्र में खनन के तकनीकी, कानूनी और सुरक्षा पहलुओं और संबंधित नीतियों/विनियमों और कानूनी पहलुओं से पूरी तरह परिचित होना चाहिए। उन्हें कोयला खदानों के विकास और बड़े अनुबंधों को संभालने का अनुभव होना चाहिए। सरकारी/पीएसयू उम्मीदवारों के लिए, उम्मीदवार के पास 120000-280000 रुपये या उससे ऊपर के पद और स्केल (01.01.2017 से प्रभावी एनटीपीसी के ई8 ग्रेड या उससे ऊपर का आईडीए वेतनमान) या समकक्ष स्केल में न्यूनतम 08 वर्ष का अनुभव होना चाहिए। .
