Remuneration

Senior Young Professionals: ₹70,000 per month (consolidated), with an annual increase of ₹5,000 upon tenure extension.
Junior Young Professionals: ₹40,000 per month (consolidated), with an annual increase of ₹5,000 upon tenure extension.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Junior Young Professionals: Not exceeding 35 years.
Senior Young Professionals: Not exceeding 38 years.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

Sr. Young Professional (Technical-Sr. Developer): B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Master of Computer Applications with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-Jr. Server and Database Administrator): B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Master of Computer Applications with at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-Jr. Network Administrator): B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Master of Computer Applications with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Jr. Young Professional (Legal Services): Bachelor of Law with at least 1 year of work experience as an advocate, preferably in customer protection.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-Civil): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of experience in testing building materials, soil, glass, gypsum, etc..
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-RPPT): B.E./B.Tech in Textile, Footwear, Rubber, or Polymer Technology with at least 1 year of experience in footwear/textile testing.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-Chemical): M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-Microbiology): M.Sc. in Microbiology or B.Tech in Microbiology with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-NDT): B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Material Science Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Jr. Young Professional (Technical-IT): B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Master of Computer Applications with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Jr. Young Professional (Management): Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication or an MBA with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in an MNC.

Selection Process

The selection process involves shortlisting candidates based on requirements. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed and called for an interview. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the selection process.²

Other Information

The number of vacancies may increase or decrease depending on the suitability of candidates.
The essential qualifications may be relaxed for exceptional candidates, as determined by the selection committee.
The assignment is purely contractual and can be terminated with one month’s notice from either side.
However, NTH can terminate the contract without prior notice if there is a breach of the contract’s terms.
