Orientation Scheduled for September 2025
New Delhi – The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has officially launched the “Vikshit Delhi CM Internship Program.” The initiative aims to engage young talent in the governance and development of the city. An orientation program has been scheduled to welcome the first cohort of interns.
The announcement was made through a public notice featuring senior government officials, including the Chief Minister. The poster highlighted the government’s commitment to creating opportunities for the youth, symbolizing a modern, interconnected Delhi with imagery of the Delhi Metro and the city’s public bus system.
Key Details of the Orientation Program
The Administrative Reforms Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, will host the orientation program. The schedule has been planned over three separate days to accommodate all participants.
- Date: The orientation will take place on the 15th, 17th, and 19th of September 2025.
- Time: The sessions are slated to begin at 10:00 AM onwards on all three days.
- Venue: The event will be held at the Auditorium, Delhi Secretariat, I.P. Estate, New Delhi.
Program Aims and Objectives
The “Vikshit Delhi CM Internship Program” is designed to provide hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the workings of the government. Interns are expected to contribute to various projects under the guidance of administrative departments. The program’s name, “Vikshit Delhi” (Developed Delhi), suggests a focus on development and reform initiatives aimed at enhancing the city’s infrastructure and public services.1
