Arawali Power Company Announces Fixed-Term Recruitment for Executives
NEW DELHI – In a significant move to bolster its workforce, Arawali Power Company Pvt. Ltd. (APCPL) has initiated a recruitment drive for dynamic and skilled professionals for various executive positions. The job openings are on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of three years, with a potential extension of two additional years. This recruitment campaign, advertised under ADVT. NO. 01/2025, seeks to fill 48 vacancies across a range of technical and administrative disciplines at the Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project (IGSTPP) in Jhajjar, Haryana.
The joint venture company, with a strategic partnership between NTPC Ltd., Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (HPGCL), and Indraprastha Power Generation Co. Ltd. Executive Positions and Eligibility

Application Process and Key Dates
The application process is strictly online. Interested candidates are required to visit the official website, www.apcpl.co.in, and navigate to the career section to apply. The online portal will be active from September 12, 2025, to September 28, 2025.1
Candidates must ensure they have all necessary documents ready for upload, including a recent passport-sized photograph, a scanned signature, and academic and experience certificates. All documents must be self-attested and in PDF format. The upper age limit for all applicants is 35 years as of the closing date of the application.
Selection Procedure and Other Important Information
The company will shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience. The selection process may include a written test or skill test followed by a personal interview. The details of the selection process will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates via email.
Successful candidates will be offered a consolidated fixed monthly pay of ₹90,000/-. In addition, they will be provided with medical facilities for themselves and their dependent family members as per company rules. All positions may involve shift duty, and selected candidates are liable to be transferred or deputed to other company offices or subsidiaries as required.
