The notification, dated 12.09.2025, invites applications from eligible General Managers (GM) on a deputation basis. The company, which has been producing primary gold since its establishment in 1947, operates 03 Gold Mining Leases in the Hutti Maski schist belt, specifically in Hutti, Uti, and Hira-Buddinni. Additionally, it holds prospecting and mining leases elsewhere in Karnataka, with an ambitious growth plan currently under implementation.
Key Positions and Remuneration
HGML is seeking experienced professionals for the following roles:
- General Manager (Mines): One post.
- General Manager (Engineering): One post.
Both positions are at the E-9 grade, offering a revised pay scale of Rs. 106400 – 143700. The company also notes that pay protection may be offered to selected candidates.
