Eligibility Criteria
The position is open to officers from Central/State Government/Govt. of NCT of Delhi, with a preference for those already working in the Government of NCT of Delhi. Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
Experience and Pay Level
- Holding an analogous post in the field of Administration.
- Minimum five years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-12 (Rs. 78,800 – Rs. 2,09,200), equivalent to PB-3 with GP Rs. 7,600 as per the 6th CPC, in the field of Administration.
- Minimum eight years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-11 (Rs. 67,700 – Rs 2,08,700), equivalent to PB-3 with GP Rs. 6,600 as per the 6th CPC, in the field of Administration.
How to Apply
- Candidates must apply in the prescribed proforma.
- Applications must be sent through the proper channel of their current organization.
- The application must be accompanied by a Bank Draft of Rs. 1,000 in favor of “Director, IHBAS, Delhi.” This fee is exempted for SC, ST, and PWD candidates.
- Enclose necessary documents, including attested photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five years and the Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate (in original).
- The complete application should be sent to the Office of Director, IHBAS.
Important Information for Prior Applicants
Candidates who had previously applied for the same post in response to the advertisement dated 02.07.2025 in ‘Times of India’, ‘Hindustan Times’ and ‘Navbharat Times’ and whose applications were received through the proper channel and were complete in all respects, do not need to apply again.
