Key Vacancies and Remuneration
The recruitment drive targets highly skilled individuals to fill four distinct positions. The pay scales are in line with the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern, offering competitive compensation packages.
- Executive Director (Finance): This senior-level position, graded E-9, offers a pay scale of ₹150,000-300,000/-. One position is available for the Unreserved (UR) category.
- Manager (HR & Admin.): Graded E-4, this role has a pay scale of ₹70,000-200,000/-. One position is also available for the Unreserved (UR) category.
- Deputy Manager (IT): This position, graded E-3, has a pay scale of ₹60,000-180,000/-. One position is available for the Unreserved (UR) category.
- Senior Accounts Officer: Two positions are available for this E-2 grade role, which offers a pay scale of ₹50,000-160,000/-. The vacancies are reserved for one candidate from the Scheduled Caste (SC) and one from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories.
