  • (3) Three years’ practical experience in the operation of offset printing machine and knowledge of Camera/Platemaking.

• (ii) With three years’ regular service in Pay Level 2 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
• (b) Essential qualifications for direct recruitment:
  • (1) Matriculation or its equivalent.
  • (2) Successful completion of apprenticeship in the trade under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (52 of 1961) with three years of experience in binding in a press of repute.
