Overview
Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (GSP), a flagship initiative of the Department of Technical Education Skills Development & Employment (GoMP) with financial support from the Asian Development Bank and technical support from ITES Singapore, is looking for a qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational leadership to the Global Skills Park, ensuring its core programs are implemented effectively and its mission of establishing a new multi-skilling institution is achieved.

Role and Responsibilities
The CEO will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Global Skills Park. The role includes:
- Establishing a reputable new multi-skilling institution in Madhya Pradesh.
- Executing its vision and mission.
- Ensuring a strong management team is in place.
- Providing strategic guidance to meet program objectives.
- Managing the GSP sustainably and making sure it operates in a timely manner.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification & Essential Knowledge
- A highly committed and self-driven individual with a minimum of 20 years of total work experience.
- Substantial experience in a position of institutional leadership or senior management in industry/academia/international agencies related to education or skills development.
- Preference for candidates with exposure to start-up institutions and proven track records.
- Must hold an advanced degree (Doctorate or Master’s degree) from a recognized institution with a degree in business management, public/education administration, engineering, or a related field with significant experience in senior management/administration.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Hindi is a must.
Tenure
The incumbent must be willing to work from Bhopal for the duration of the tenure.
