- The prescribed application fee can be paid through DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NETBANKING. Transaction/Processing fee, if any, will be payable by the candidate.
Important Notes on Application Fees
- Application fee, once remitted, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered and summarily rejected.
- Application Fees of SC/ST candidates who appear in the Examination will be refunded after the declaration of results in due course of time, after verification of SC/ST certificate to be uploaded at a later stage.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following:
- a. Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery / B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
- b. Registered as Nurses & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.
Age Limit
- General Candidates: Between 18-35 Years. (Age relaxation as per Recruitment rules of NITRD will be applicable).
- Age shall be counted on the last date of closing of the application form.
Selection Process
The selection process involves a Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted in two stages:
- Online CBT for Stage I: NORCET Preliminary
- Online CBT for Stage II: NORCET Mains

- Notice Release Date: 24.07.2025
- Online CBT for Stage I (NORCET Preliminary): 14th September, 2025 (Sunday)
- Online CBT for Stage II (NORCET Mains): 27th September, 2025 (Saturday)
