Mode of Recruitment:
- Direct Recruitment: For Principal Scientific / Technical Officer, Principal Students Activity and Sports (SAS) Officer, and Executive Engineer (Civil).
- Deputation (ISTC): For Senior Scientific / Technical Officer, Assistant Registrar, and Assistant Engineer.
Important Note on ISTC:
ISTC (Including Short Term Contract) refers to a form of deputation where officers from non-Government bodies (e.g., universities, research institutions, public sector undertakings for teaching, research, scientific and technical posts) are eligible. If selected and appointed on short term contract, the individual will revert to their parent cadre at the end of the specified period.
