Roorkee-based Institute Announces Vacancies for Section Officer and Senior Translator Roles
The National Institute of Hydrology (NIH), an autonomous society under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, has issued an advertisement inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for various posts on a deputation basis. The institute, located at Jalvigyan Bhawan, Roorkee, has released Advertisement No. NIHR/Estt./2025/02, detailing the available positions.

Important Note for Previous Applicants
Candidates who had previously applied for the post of Senior Translation Officer/Sr. Hindi Translator (Sl. No. 2) against Advertisement No. NIHR/Estt/2025/01, dated 11th March, 2025, are not required to apply again.
How to Apply
Prospective applicants are required to submit their duly filled application form in the prescribed format, along with all supporting documents. The application must be enclosed in an A4 size envelope, which should be superscribed with “Application for the Post of….”.
