Ranchi: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has reopened the application process for the direct recruitment examination for 30 posts of Project Manager and equivalent positions (Advertisement No. 04/2025). This decision comes in light of the High Court’s order in W.P.(S) No.-4047 of 2025 filed by Rahul Kumar Singh and others versus the State of Jharkhand and others, dated August 1, 2025.
According to a press release, offline applications are being invited from the petitioners in the aforementioned case. The remaining terms and conditions of Advertisement No. 04/2025 will remain unchanged.
Candidates can download the application form and pay the examination fee through the JPSC website, www.jpsc.gov.in. The examination fee can be paid via SBI Collect using credit card, debit card, internet banking, UPI, or Challan.
Applicants must fill out the required information in the offline application form, attach self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents mentioned in clause 11(t) of the advertisement, and send them in an envelope. The envelope should be super-scribed with the advertisement number, post name, and the candidate’s name and address.

Applications must be submitted by speed post, registered post, or by hand by 5:00 PM on September 2, 2025.
