Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Management Trainee (Engineering Disciplines): Full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of First Class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the respective discipline.
- Note: Candidates in their final year may also apply, provided they have an aggregate of at least 60% marks up to the last semester. They must submit documentary proof of completing the degree with the required percentage at the time of joining.
- Management Trainee (Finance): Graduate degree and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or a qualified Cost Accountant (ICMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMA).
Age Limit (as on July 31, 2025)
- Unreserved (UR) / EWS: 28 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 31 years
- SC / ST: 33 years
- Age relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process
