Educational Qualification
- Additional General Manager (Rolling Stock): A Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Power Electronics/Instrumentation & control) from a Government recognized University/Institute.
- Deputy General Manager (Civil-Safety) / Deputy General Manager (Safety-O&M): B.E. / B. Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a Government recognized University/Institute, along with a minimum one-year full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Asst. Manager (Civil-Safety) / Section Engineer (Civil-Safety): The specific qualifications for these posts will be available in the detailed notification from 5:00 PM on August 8, 2025.
Experience
- Additional General Manager (Rolling Stock): Relevant post-qualification experience in areas such as planning, technical specification preparation, contract administration, installation, testing, commissioning, and statutory approvals of Rolling Stock systems in railways/metros/other PSUs/private sectors.
- Deputy General Manager (Civil-Safety) / Deputy General Manager (Safety-O&M): Minimum 8 years of post-qualification executive experience in Government/PSU’s, with 6 years of relevant work experience. Alternatively, 10 years of post-qualification executive experience in civil engineering-related infrastructure industries, with 6 years of relevant work experience.
