Extension for Class VI JNVST 2026 Online Applications Announced
NAVI MUMBAI – The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has announced an extension for the last date to submit online applications for admission to Class VI (session 2026-27) through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2026.
According to a recent notification, the deadline for online applications has been extended to August 27, 2025. This provides eligible candidates with an additional opportunity to apply for free by visiting the official website at https://cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs. The selection test is a crucial step for admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, which are autonomous organizations under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Parents and students are advised to take note of the new deadline to ensure their applications are submitted on time.1
