Government of Madhya Pradesh Seeks Architects / Designers for Prestigious Project
The Government of Madhya Pradesh has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) from architects and designers to undertake the design and execution of the Madhya Pradesh Pavilion for the upcoming India International Trade Fair (IITF)-2025. The pavilion will be showcased at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, and its theme is “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.”
The project, to be executed on a turnkey basis, has a budget of Rs. 74.88 Lakh (Rs. Seventy Four Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand), inclusive of GST. The pavilion will span a space of 550 square meters.
Pre-qualification Requirements and Submission Details
Firms and individuals are invited to apply for pre-qualification by submitting a complete profile that demonstrates their past experience in designing and executing similar projects for government, semi-government, and other reputable institutions. The notice specifies that applicants must have experience with at least three or more National/International exhibitions in the last five years. Furthermore, at least one of these projects should have a value of Rs. 50.00 Lakh or more.
The following documents are required for submission:
- Three work orders, with at least one valued at Rs. 50.00 Lakh or more.
- GSTIN, PAN, and ITR for the last three years.
- EPF and ESIC registration.
- An undertaking on a letterhead, signed and sealed, confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred.
- Details of the firm’s status (Pvt./Ltd./Proprietor) and workforce.
- Proof of any awards received at the India International Trade Fair (IITF) in the last five years.
- A company profile.
Deadline and Contact Information
The deadline for submitting the offer is September 24, 2025, during office hours. Blacklisted firms or individuals will not be considered.
