Education Ministry Seeks New Director for CIT, Kokrajhar
The Ministry of Education, Government of India, is seeking applications for the prestigious position of Director at the Central Institute of Technology (CIT) Kokrajhar, Assam. CIT is a Deemed to be University under the Ministry of Education.
Position Details and Remuneration
The role comes with a fixed monthly salary of ₹2,10,000, in addition to a Special Allowance of ₹11,250 and other allowances as per government norms. The appointment will be on a Deputation/Short-Term contract for a tenure of five years or until the appointee reaches the age of 70, whichever comes first. Preferred candidates should be under the age of 65 as of the application closing date.
