Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has announced multiple job openings and is inviting applications for various positions. The details are as follows:
1. Executive Trainees – ETs (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / C&I / IT / Chemical):
- Selection will be through GATE-2023.
- Candidates with relevant engineering qualifications are encouraged to apply.
2. Executive Trainees (Soil Conservation):
- Selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Applicants with expertise in soil conservation will be preferred.
3. Junior Engineers Grade II – JE GR.II (Mechanical/Electrical/C&I/Civil/Communication):
- Selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Engineering professionals in the specified fields should consider applying.
4. Mine Surveyor
- Selection will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Survey professionals in the specified fields should consider applying
Important Dates
The online registration process will commence on the 18th of March, 2024, and the deadline for applications is the 16th of April, 2024. Interested candidates must register ONLINE and complete the application on DVC’s official website.

Note: Candidates aspiring for Executive Trainee posts are required to appear in JUNE-2024 UGC-NET. Marks obtained in Paper with Subject Code 55/63 will be eligible for next stages in selection subject to visibility of UGC-NET valid score as per DVC norms.
