Eligibility Criteria
The Vice Chancellor, as the Principal and Academic Officer of the University, should possess the highest level of competence, integrity, morals, and institutional commitment.
Age Limit: Applicants must have been born on or after 01 of October, 1958.
Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate should be a distinguished academician with a minimum of ten years of experience as a Professor in a University or ten years of experience in a reputed research and/or academic administrative organization with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership.

Closing Date: Applications must be submitted online on or before 25th of April, 2024.
Selection Procedure
The Vice Chancellor will be appointed out of a panel recommended by a Committee, appointed in terms of section 13(2) of the said Act.

After online submission, a self-signed copy of the generated receipt and downloaded copy of the application submitted with documents along with bio-data and required certificates should be sent to the Principal Secretary, Governor’s Secretariat, Rajbhavan, Bhopal- 462003 (M.P.) by registered/speed post etc. “Application for the post of Vice-Chancellor, Devi Ahilya University, Indore (M.P.)” should be superscribed on the upper part of the envelope.
