Overview
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), a statutory body under the administrative control of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Govt. of India, has released an advertisement (Advertisement No. 04 (YP)/2025/WRO) inviting applications for the engagement of Young Professionals (YP) on a contract basis for a period of two years. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Essential: Regular Graduation in any discipline of Science/Engineering/BE/B-Tech from a recognized University.
- Alternatively: Regular MBA or equivalent.
- Minimum Percentage of Marks: 60%
Work Experience
- Minimum: Two (2) years of experience, preferably in Marketing or equivalent fields.
- Preference: Candidates conversant with Management System.
Age Limit
Should not be more than 35 years of age as on the last date of receipt of application (i.e., 05.09.2025).
Selection Process
The method of recruitment will be through contract-based engagement via interviews conducted at the BIS Western Regional Office, Mumbai.
