चयन प्रक्रिया लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर तैयार मेधासूची (Merit List) के अनुरूप होगी।

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा:

यदि 40,000 (चालीस हजार) से अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त होते हैं, तो प्रारंभिक परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के माध्यम से कोटिवार उपलब्ध रिक्तियों के 05 (पाँच) गुणा संख्या के बराबर अभ्यर्थियों का चयन मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए किया जाएगा।

II. क्वालीफाइंग मार्क्स

लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में अलग-अलग कोटिवार न्यूनतम अर्हतांक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा।

बिहार सरकार के सरकारी सेवक: नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु निर्धारित अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 05 वर्ष की छूट।
भूतपूर्व सैनिक: उम्र सीमा में 03 वर्ष तथा प्रतिरक्षा सेवा में बितायी गयी सेवा अवधि के योग्य के समतुल्य रियायत, बशर्ते वास्तविक उम्र आवेदन की तिथि को 53 वर्ष से अधिक न हो।

💵 परीक्षा शुल्क एवं आरक्षण

I. परीक्षा शुल्क

प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थियों के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि मात्र ₹100/- (एक सौ रूपये) निर्धारित है। यह शुल्क ऑनलाइन (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking आदि के माध्यम से) दिनांक 09.10.2025 से 09.11.2025 तक जमा किया जा सकेगा।

II. आरक्षण के नियम

आरक्षण का लाभ सिर्फ बिहार राज्य के मूल निवासी अभ्यर्थियों को ही देय होगा।

जाति/क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण-पत्र: आरक्षण का दावा करने वाली विवाहित महिलाओं का जाति/क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण-पत्र उनके पिता के नाम एवं पता से निर्गत होना चाहिए न कि उनके पति के नाम से।
आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS): नियमानुसार 10% आरक्षण देय होगा।
महिला आरक्षण: राज्य की मूल निवासी महिला अभ्यर्थियों को नियमानुसार 35% क्षैतिज आरक्षण देय होगा।
दिव्यांगजन: बेंचमार्क दिव्यांगजनों को नियमानुसार 4% क्षैतिज आरक्षण देय होगा।
स्वतंत्रता सेनानी के पोता/पोती/नाती/नतीनी: नियमानुसार 02% क्षैतिज आरक्षण देय होगा।

The pay scale for the post of Sports Instructor is Level-6.

Preliminary Examination:

If more than 40,000 (forty thousand) applications are received, a Preliminary Examination will be conducted. Candidates equal to 5 (five) times the category-wise available vacancies will be selected for the Main Examination through the Preliminary Examination.

II. Age Relaxation

Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation equivalent to 03 years plus the service duration spent in the defense services, provided the actual age does not exceed 53 years on the date of application.

💵 Examination Fee and Reservation

I. Examination Fee

The examination fee for every candidate is fixed at only ₹100/- (One Hundred Rupees). This fee can be submitted online (through Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking, etc.) from 09.10.2025 to 09.11.2025.

II. Reservation Rules

Reservation benefits will be applicable only to candidates who are original residents of the state of Bihar.

Caste/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: The Caste/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for married women claiming reservation must be issued in the name and address of their father, not their husband.
Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 10% reservation will be applicable as per rules.
Women’s Reservation: Female candidates who are original residents of the state will be entitled to 35% horizontal reservation as per rules.
Differently Abled Persons: Benchmark disabled persons will be entitled to 4% horizontal reservation as per rules.
Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters: 02% horizontal reservation will be applicable as per rules.

All required certificates must be issued up to the last date of filling the online application (11.11.2025); certificates issued after this date will not be valid.
