The Cuttack Development Authority (CDA) has announced an open invitation for architects and registered technical professionals to apply for accreditation. This initiative is in accordance with the provisions of the Odisha Development Authorities (Common Application Form) Rules, 2016, and aims to streamline and regulate development activities within the city.
Application Details and Submission Guidelines
According to the official notice (No. 10159) issued on September 8, 2025, interested professionals are required to submit their applications within 15 days from the notice’s date. The application form, along with detailed information on qualifications and eligibility criteria, can be downloaded from the CDA’s official website, https://cdacuttack.nic.in. Hard copies of the application are also available at the CDA Office located at Arunodaya Market, Cuttack.1
Submission Process and Fees
Applicants must submit the completed application form in person at the CDA office or by registered/speed post or courier. The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only). This payment must be made via a crossed demand draft from a nationalized bank with financial transactions with the Government of Odisha. The draft should be made out in favor of the Cuttack Development Authority, payable at Cuttack.

The applications can be submitted to “The Secretary, Cuttack Development Authority,” Arunodaya Market, Link Road, Cuttack-753012, Odisha. The CDA office will accept applications from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
This accreditation process is a crucial step towards ensuring that all development projects in Cuttack meet professional and regulatory standards. The initiative is overseen by the Vice-Chairman, CDA, with the final order issued by the Secretary of the Cuttack Development Authority.
