Pay Scale
Project Engineers will earn Rs.40k in the first year with an increment of Rs.5k each year up to the fourth year if extended. Trainee Engineers will start at Rs.30k with similar yearly increments up to the third year if extended.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a full-time BE/B Tech degree in relevant disciplines with minimum percentage criteria varying for different categories.
Age Limit
As of 01.03.2024, the upper age limit is set at 32 years for Project Engineers and 28 years for Trainee Engineers with relaxations applicable for reserved categories.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess a full-time BE/B Tech degree in disciplines like Electronics Engineering or related fields depending on the post code applied for.
For Project Engineer–I positions, candidates must have a minimum of two years post-qualification industrial work experience in areas related to networking or electronic circuitry. Trainee Engineer–I applicants should have between zero to six months of post-qualification industrial work experience depending on their post codes.

Selection Procedure
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement, will be called for a Written Test which will be for 85 marks. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for Interview based on the merit and vacancies, in the ratio of 1:5. 15 marks will be allotted for Interview.

Application Fee
General, EWS and OBC candidates are required to remit the application fees:
- Project Engineer-I: Rs.472/- (Application fee-Rs.400/- plus 18% GST)
- Trainee Engineer-I: Rs.177/- (Application fee-Rs.150/- plus 18% GST)
The application fee should be remitted through the SBI Collect link provided in the advertisement. SC/ST/ PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
