Government Seeks Agency to Organize Spectacular Aerial Display
Key Dates and Requirements for Prospective Bidders
LUCKNOW – The Directorate of Tourism Government of Uttar Pradesh, has issued a tender notice inviting interested agencies to submit proposals for the conceptualization, production, and organization of an aerial drone show. This spectacular event is planned to be a highlight of the upcoming Deepotsav celebration in Ayodhya.
The tender, released on September 23, 2025, calls for bids from experienced parties to create a captivating drone show. The notice specifies that interested agencies can download the bid document from the e-tender website, http://etender.up.nic.in.
Submission and Opening of Proposals
Proposals must be submitted through the e-tender portal no later than 15:00 hrs on September 29, 2025. The submitted bids will be officially opened on the same day, September 29, 2025, at 17:00 hrs, at the DoT office located at Paryatan Bhawan, 4th Floor, C-13, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
For any queries regarding the tender, parties are instructed to send their questions via email to ttd.upt1@gmail.com by 14:00 hrs on September 22, 2025. The Department of Tourism also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without providing a reason. All future notifications, changes, and amendments related to the tender will be posted exclusively on the http://etender.up.nic.in website.1
The notice concludes by stating that the Department of Tourism retains the right to cancel the invitation or issue a new bid at any time, without incurring any liability or obligation to the bidders. The tender was issued under the authority of the Director General of the Directorate of Tourism.
