Patna, Bihar – The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released an important notice regarding the 71st Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination. The exam is scheduled to take place on September 13, 2025, at various examination centers across the state’s districts.
e-Admit Card Download and Important Instructions
The process for downloading the e-Admit Cards will begin on September 6, 2025. Candidates must visit the official BPSC website, https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in, and log in to their account to access and download their admit cards. The downloaded admit card will show the district assigned to the candidate.
It is crucial for candidates to verify that their roll number and Bar-Code are clearly printed on the e-Admit Card before downloading it. Candidates must also bring an extra copy of their admit card to the examination center. This additional copy must be signed in the presence of the invigilator and submitted to them during the exam.
Exam Center Details and Reporting Time
While the downloaded e-Admit Card will only specify the assigned district, detailed information regarding the examination center code and name will be available on the candidate’s dashboard from September 11, 2025.
Candidates are advised to arrive at the examination center two and a half hours (2.5 hrs) before the start of the exam. Entry into the examination center will be permitted until 11:00 AM. Therefore, candidates must ensure they are present at the center by 9:30 AM.1
Important Notes for Candidates
The BPSC has clarified that admit cards will not be sent to candidates by post. All candidates must download their e-Admit Card from the commission’s website, https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in, to participate in the examination.2
