Hiring for Cancer Cytogenetics Department
The Tata Memorial Centre’s Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) is holding a walk-in interview for the position of Scientific Officer in the Cancer Cytogenetics Department. The position is on a contract basis through A1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd., a manpower services contractor.
Eligibility and Compensation
Candidates must have a minimum of a six-month experience in cytogenetics or molecular techniques. The essential qualifications include an M.Sc. or M.Tech in Zoology, Medical or Human Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Applied Biology, or Cytogenetics. The age limit is up to 30 years, with possible relaxation based on experience.
The consolidated salary ranges from
₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience beyond the specified eligibility criteria. The initial contract duration is for six months but may be extended.
Interview Details
The walk-in interview is scheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2025. Interested candidates must report between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m..
The interview will take place at the Khanolkar Shodhika, 3rd floor, Meeting Room-2, at TMC-ACTREC in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
Candidates are required to bring their bio-data, a recent passport-sized photograph, and both original and self-attested copies of their qualification mark sheets, certificates, experience certificates, Aadhar Card, and PAN Card.
