- Internship: Candidates must have completed their internship on or after July 1, 2023.

- For BDS candidates: Must have a Permanent Registration Certificate from the Delhi Dental Council or any State Dental Council.
- Prior Experience: Candidates who have already completed one year of Junior Residency in any government hospital will not be considered.
