Educational Qualification

The educational qualifications and experience vary for each post as of August 1, 2025.

AE (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) from an AICTE-recognized institution with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in multi-storied building projects.
AE (Electrical): B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) from an AICTE-recognized institution with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in multi-storied building projects.
AAO (Chartered Accountant): Bachelor’s Degree and must have passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
AAO (Company Secretary): Bachelor’s Degree and a Qualified Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in at least 6 papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.
AAO (Insurance Specialist): Bachelor’s Degree with a professional qualification in Life Insurance (Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Insurance companies.
AAO (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) and a minimum of two years’ post-enrollment experience as an Advocate or Law Officer.

Selection Process

The selection process is a three-phased approach:

Phase I: Preliminary Examination: An online objective test with three sections (Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language). Marks from the Preliminary exam will not be counted for the final merit list.
Phase II: Main Examination: An online test with both objective and descriptive sections. Marks from this phase will be considered for shortlisting for the interview.
