- They must have a minimum of 8 research publications in SCI journals, UGC, or AICTE-approved journals.
How to Apply

Reservation Policy
Reservation benefits are only applicable to permanent residents of Bihar who have the required certificates issued by the competent authority of the state government. Candidates from outside Bihar are not eligible for reservation benefits.
- SC/ST candidates: Must submit a caste certificate and a permanent residency certificate.
- BC/EBC candidates: Must submit a non-creamy layer certificate.
- Female candidates (all categories): Reservation benefits, including the 35% horizontal reservation for female residents of Bihar, will be based on certificates issued in the name of their father and their father’s permanent address.
- EWS candidates: Must submit an income and asset certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format. This certificate is valid for one year from its date of issue.
- Persons with Benchmark Disability: A 4% horizontal reservation is available for residents of Bihar with benchmark disabilities. The disability certificate must be issued by a government medical college and hospital or a Civil Surgeon/CMO.
- Grandchildren of Freedom Fighters: A 2% horizontal reservation is available for grandchildren of freedom fighters of the state who have been granted a pension by the Central government.
