  • Option 1: Officers from the Central/State Governments/Recognized Universities and Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 (Level 9 in VIIth CPC pay grade of Rs. 53100-167800).
  • OR
  • Option 2: Officers with 5 years of regular service as SAS Assistants/Accounts Officers/SAS Assistant Audit Officers in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800 (Level 8 in VIIth CPC pay grade of Rs. 47600-151100).
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date for the receipt of applications.
• Duration of Deputation: The period of deputation, including the period in another ex-cadre post immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
