Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
- Two years of post-qualification experience in legal/financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims, and other related matters in various Courts of Law/Tribunals.
- Preference for experience in banks/financial institutions and proficiency in computer and related software.
- Desirable:
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recovery-related matters, including the SARFAESI Act, etc.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 30 years
