The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory body under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Member (Planning) on a deputation basis in New Delhi.1
About RLDA: RLDA is responsible for developing vacant Railway Land for commercial use to generate non-tariff revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing planning aspects related to the commercial development of railway land.
Key Details
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA OR a Degree in Architecture OR Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Town/Urban Planning or land management, encompassing legal, engineering, and managerial aspects.
- Other Eligibility: Must be a serving officer from Central Govt./State Govt. or Central/State Public Sector Unit/Authorities, with at least 22 years of service in their respective organization at Level 13 of 7th CPC or equivalent.
Compensation: Level 14 of 7th CPC.
Duration: Initial term of three years, extendable up to five years or until superannuation.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years as of the application deadline.
