The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bhopal, an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor on a contractual basis. This is a rolling advertisement1, and applications can be submitted throughout the year.

Position: Assistant Professor (Contractual)
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 88,000/- per month
Contract Period: Initial period of 11 months, extendable up to a maximum of three years based on satisfactory performance and Institute requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
- Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or allied areas from an Institution of repute.
- OR Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or allied areas from an Institution of repute AND First Class UG and PG Degree in the relevant disciplines of Computer Science or Information Technology or its allied areas.
Additional Desirable Requirement:
- Proven research credentials evidenced by publications in IEEE/SCI/SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals.
