Educational Qualifications & Experience:

| Environment Expert | Post Graduate/Ph.D. in Environmental Science / Engineering or related discipline Minimum 10 Years post-qualification experience in following areas: Experience in preparing environmental due diligence reports for Infrastructure Projects and in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for Infrastructure Development Projects in India. The expert should have prepared Safeguards related documents to at least five infrastructure projects. Knowledge of DFI’s like World Bank/ADB/JICA/EIB etc environmental safeguards and Government of India Rules & Regulations related to Environmental, Forests and Wildlife as well as implementation mechanisms. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Desirable: Experience on projects/similar assignments with multilaterals like WB, ADB, EIB, JICA etc. would be desirable. |
| Social Expert | Post Graduate/Ph.D in any Social Sciences or related disciplines. Minimum 10 Years post qualification experience in following areas: Experience in the areas of community development, participation/consultations, land acquisition/resettlement, socio-economic studies/surveys, monitoring and evaluation for Infrastructure Development Projects in India. The expert should be well-versed with national & local social policies/guidelines and requirements of multilateral agencies for Infrastructure Development Projects in India. The expert should have prepared Safeguards related documents to at least five infrastructure projects. Knowledge of DFI’s like World Bank/ADB/JICA/EIB/GOI etc social safeguards policies and implementation mechanisms. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Desirable: Experience on projects/similar assignments with multilaterals like WB, ADB, EIB, JICA etc. would be desirable. |
| Finance Expert | CA/CFA/CMA/ MBA (full time) / PGDBM (full time). Post qualification Experience in Credit Appraisal, credit analysis, financial modelling with respect to infrastructure project financing debt syndication / fund raising /equity arrangement /capital markets / credit monitoring/related documentation with fair knowledge of International Accounting and Audit Standards. |
| Ropeway Development Expert | Bachelors in engineering/ Bachelors in Technology from recognized university. At least 5 years’ Post qualification Experience of Ropeway project in drafting and review of designing documents including system layout, engineering drawings, and technical specifications/Supervision during installation, testing, and commissioning phases and ensuring compliance with approved plans/Compliance with Safety Protocols and Manuals and Regulatory Compliance/ Training and Knowledge Transfer and Post-Project Assessment |
