Age Limit, Educational Qualifications:

| 1. | Private Secretary | PS-2024 | Essential: Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognized Research Institutes or Statutory or Autonomous Orgnisations holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with five years regular service in the Stenographers grade in the Pay Matrix Level-6 (Pay Band-2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.For the purpose of appointment on deputation / absorption basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to 1st January, 2006 (the date from which the revised pay structure based on the Sixth Central Pay Commission recommendation has been extended) shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendations of the Pay Commission except where there has been merger of more than one prevised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale and where this benefit will extend only for the post or posts for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal replacement grade without any upgradation. Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. |

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 27 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.The upper age limit for Direct Recruitment is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Casts/Scheduled Tribes and 3 years for candidates belonging to OBCs.The upper age limit is also relaxable for Government Servant, Central/ State Autonomous Organizations, Statutory Bodies employees etc., and in respect of PwBD/ Ex Servicemen/ Widows & Divorced women as per extant rules. |
