The pay scale is at Level-07 in the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC.
Job Descriptions
- Transcribing and typing for the designated officer
- Managing telephone communications with members and field offices
- Receiving and assisting visitors
- Organizing engagements, scheduling tours, and arranging travel logistics
- Overseeing parliamentary tasks
- Cataloging files and documents
- Keeping track of files and crucial papers
- Supervising the management system for significant references
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The age limit is 30 years for UR/EWS, 33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC/ST, and 40 years for PwBD. The lower age limit for all categories is 18 years.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University. They should also have dictation skills with a speed of 120 words per minute in Stenography (English or Hindi).
Important Dates
Online applications are invited from 07th March to 27th March. The facility for edit/correction(s) in the finally submitted application form will be available from 28th March to 3rd April.
Selection Procedure
A pen & paper-based Recruitment Test followed by Skill Tests will be conducted. The syllabus includes English Language, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning & Computer Aptitude.

Candidates (Except Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability Candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment.
