improvement in productivity, quality and consumer satisfaction. It is a Schedule ‘A’ Navratna CPSE
in Steel Sector, with the administrative jurisdiction of Ministry of Steel.
The company employed 14729 regular employees (Executives: 4818, and Non-Executives:9911) as on 31.03.2023.
Its Registered and Corporate offices are at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
The authorized and paid up capital of the Company was Rs. 8000 crores and Rs. 4889.85 crores respectively as on 31.03.2023.

CCEA on 27th January 2021 has given in-principle approval for 100% strategic disinvestment of GoI shareholding in RINL alongwith management control by way of privatization
