PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Project Engineer- I: Initially for a period of Three (3) Years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of One more year (Maximum tenure of 4 years including the initial period) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate. However, if any candidate has completed three years of tenure as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and applied and selected for Project Engineer post he/she will be directly inducted as Project Engineer –II. The overall tenure will be limited to 3 years only. The remuneration of such candidates will be Rs.45.000/- for the 1st year, Rs. 50,000/- for 2nd year and Rs.55,000/- for the 3rd year.
REMUNERATION: Project Engineer- I: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, Rs. 45,000/- per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50, 000/- per month for the 3rd year and Rs. 55, 000/- per month for the 4th year respectively.
EXPERIENCE as on 01.11.2023: Project Engineer- I: Experience – Minimum 2 years. The candidates should have relevant post qualification Industrial experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Required to handle trouble shoot Networking problems and server configuration and operations.
Required to connect electronic equipment like cameras, network switches, etc., through networking by fixing IP addresses.
Attending to Maintenance issues of Field installations and Co-ordinate with BEL service provider for repair/rectification.
Required to work with optical fiber communication, ethernet networking, LAN etc.
MODE OF SELECTION: The Mode of Selection shall be through WALK-IN SELECTION in and around Imphal. The details of the venue and time of selection where the Walk in selection will be held will be published in BEL website career section along with the list of candidates who meet all the criteria as laid in the advertisement. The candidates meeting the qualifying criteria as specified in the advertisement shall mandatorily register through the Google Form provided on company website . Written test will be conducted for 85 marks for candidates meeting the stipulated eligibility criteria. Candidates passing the written test will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the above, in the ratio of 1:5. The Interviews will be conducted on the same day/subsequent days immediately after the written test results are announced. Hence, candidates may make travel plans accordingly.
Last Date : Online Registrations will be open from 08.11.2023 to 22.11.2023. Candidates who have not registered will not be allowed to appear for the Walk-In selections.
